What steps do you need to follow?

1. Please fill in the returns slip with your reason for returning an item, this is provided in your received parcel.

2. Pack the items in their original, unused condition. Good to know: You can use the same packaging in which you received your order.

3. To generate a free returns label please click the button below "to Royal Mail" and you will be redirected to the site of our partner Royal Mail.

4. Fill out the form with your current Mammut order number, your details and reason for return.

5. Create your label, print and affix it to your parcel.

6. Drop it off at your nearest Customer Service Point or Post Office

All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.

- he return label is only valid for your current Mammut return.

- With Klarna payment, please check the payment terms of Klarna as you may have to return it within a certain period.

- The items are purchased at the retail store, please return them at the same retail store or contact the store directly for further return information.

We will pay the return shipping costs, provided that you use our return shipment label from Royal Mail.

The refund process is described here ↗ The purchase price will be refunded only for unworn/unused items (other than the usual trying on) in their original packaging. Please note: Due to currently high return volumes, we are experiencing some delays of up to one week in the processing of your refund. Thank you for your understanding.

We offer returns within 30 days for full-price items and 14 days for sale items.
In addition to the statutory right of cancellation, we grant a voluntary right of return up to 30 days after receipt of goods. With this right of return you can also withdraw from the contract after the legal right of withdrawal has expired. The prerequisite for exercising the voluntary right of return is that the items are returned to MAMMUT undamaged, i.e. in their original condition, without damage and without signs of use, in due time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different color/size, unfortunately a direct exchange is not possible. In this case, please return the item/s and make a new order.
